MULTIVIEW VIDEO GENERATION DEVICE AND METHOD

[Problem] To simply generate multiview videos. [Solution] An uploading means (3) receives, from a user terminal (11), user-filmed video data to which filming location data and filming time data have been added. A user video storage means (6) stores the user-filmed video data. An official video storage means (5) stores official video data to which filming location data and filming time data have been added. When filming position information and filming time are contiguous, an assessment means (7) determines that the official video data and multiple video data items stored in the user video storage means (6) constitute a multiview video with respect to the same target. A generation means (8) generates a multiview video in which the multiple video data items, which have been determined as being a multiview video with respect to the same target, are arranged on a single screen. A distribution means (9) distributes the generated multiview video.
