The present invention relates to an apparatus for keeping the temperature and humidity of a server and network equipment constant. To this end, the present invention includes a thermo-hygrostat (10); and a server storage rack (30) installed on the upper end of the thermo-hygrostat (10), an exhaust duct (40) and a control box duct (50), wherein a server rack/communication rack is integrated with the thermo-hygrostat without an outdoor unit, and the apparatus has a closed construction to prevent dust from entering from the outside and block noise.
