A sunshine and energy performance analyzing method using a website includes a step of generating a BIM by using a design BIM tool, a step of designating an ID for the composition of the BIM and converting it into an IFC file, a step of uploading the IFC file by accessing the website, a step of inputting local information into a DB server of the website, a step of generating an IDF file by combining the local information inputted into the DB server with the IFC file, a step of extracting required elements for the sunshine analysis of building shape data of the IFC file from a filtering server of the website, a step of analyzing the IDF file and sunshine duration for a window of the IFC file in an analysis server of the website, a step of outputting an energy performance analysis result and the sunshine duration calculated in the analysis server through an output server of the website.
