PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of performing motion estimation with high accuracy.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the image processor includes a first motion estimation part for detecting a pixel at a second integer position of a reference frame, corresponding to a pixel of a first integer position of a reference frame, and a second motion estimation part for detecting a decimal position from the first integer position of the reference frame, corresponding to the pixel of the second integer position, and outputting values of the pixels located at the decimal position and the second integer position. |
