1. A method to track a user's time in using a mobile computing device for purpose of billing comprising embedding an application within a mobile computing device wherein said method comprises:
a. initiating said application by said user; b. said user initiates a triggering event; c. said user terminates said triggering event; d. said application access a registry of said mobile computing device to detect said initiation of said triggering event and said termination of said triggering event; e. said application records a time of duration of between said initiation of said triggering event and said termination of said triggering event; f. said application selects a client from a contact registry to associate said time of duration to said client to form a client duration record.
