PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the electric characteristics in a capacitive device (device) including a plurality of capacitors connected in series in the lamination direction of internal electrodes.SOLUTION: Three capacitors are formed of a dielectric layer 3, and four internal electrodes 30-33 laminated via the dielectric layer 3 with the centers of gravity of the electrode bodies being arranged on an axis consisting of a line in the lamination direction. The capacitor includes two variable capacity units 40, 41, connected in series in the lamination direction of the internal electrodes, and having external terminals formed on the side face of a variable capacity device body. The axes of the variable capacity units 40, 41 are arranged in parallel. Current flow through adjacent variable capacity units in reverse directions. |
