PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance current detection accuracy while reducing noise due to carrier frequency.SOLUTION: In a motor device 500 and a motor drive 100 for calculating the motor currents Iu, Iv, Iw by using the DC bus current detection value Idc of an inverter 130, and driving a motor by controlling the magnitude and phase of an applied voltage of a motor 300, a carrier regulator 240 decreases the carrier frequency Fc of the inverter 130 in a region where the output of the motor is relatively large, and increases in a region where the output of the motor is relatively small. A pulse shift regulator 230 makes the interphase waveform of a PWM pulse shiftable depending on the carrier frequency Fc. |
