A manually operated press includes a cam disc that is pivotably mounted about an axis, an actuation member that acts upon the cam disc for producing a pivoting movement, a press slide and a press stand that accommodates the press slide allowing it to perform a stroke movement. The pivoting movement triggered by the actuation member is converted by the cam disc into a stroke movement of the primary piston and is transferred to the press slide via the hydraulic line and the secondary piston. |
