The present invention relates to an ultra-slim cosmetic case comprising: a cosmetic accommodating part; a cover having an accommodating space and connected with the cosmetic accommodating part; and a cosmetic tool part installed in the accommodating space of the cover to expose its one area by a sliding method. Therefore, the ultra-slim cosmetic case can be prepared because the cosmetic tool can be used by the sliding method although the cosmetic tool is separately accommodated.
