The present invention relates to a high-strength high-manganese steel sheet having excellent bendability and elongation and a manufacturing method thereof. One aspect of the present invention provides a high-strength high-manganese steel sheet having excellent bendability and elongation which comprises 0.4-0.7 wt% of C, 12-24 wt% of Mn, 1.1-3.0 wt% of Al, 0.3 wt% or less of Al, 0.005-0.10 wt% of Ti, 0.0005-0.0050 wt% of B, 0.03 wt% or less of P, 0.03 wt% or less of S, 0.04 wt% or less of N, and the rest of Fe and inevitable impurities. The bendability of the steel sheet is 6.0 or less, and the elongation is 13% or greater, and tensile strength is 1100 MPa or greater. |
