PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a wire for transmitting high frequency signals.SOLUTION: An optical modulator module comprises: a package 10 in which a light input window 20 and a light output window 22 are arranged in parallel; a modulator chip 40 in which a light input end 50 intersects with first and second light output ends 52, 54; a mirror 60 that refracts an optical axis of input light 36 incident from the light input window to make the input light incident to the light input end of the modulator chip; and a wire 138 connecting an electric terminal 72 provided on the package and a wire 106 of the modulator chip. The wire 138 intersects with the optical axis of the input light between the light input window of the package and the light input end of the modulator chip, and is disposed at a height different from the optical axis. |
