PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid type electric double-layer capacitor, having high capacitance, capable of downsizing.SOLUTION: The all-solid type electric double-layer capacitor includes: an inorganic solid electrolyte; and a pair of collectors provided to sandwich the inorganic solid electrolyte, wherein the inorganic solid electrolyte is a ceramic electrolyte represented by a composition formula below and has a Nasicon type crystal structure. In a composition of the composition formula: LiAlGe(PO), α and &bgr; satisfy α≠1, &bgr;=3, or α=1, &bgr;≠3, or α≠1, &bgr;≠3. |
