PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus for drain water which reduces the amount of organic matter in drain water by a simple method, removes hydrogen peroxide, a by-product produced in the apparatus, and is capable of recovering drain water as high-purity water.SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus for drain water includes a reductor 10 which carries out a reduction treatment of drain water containing peroxide and organic matter, an ion ingredient remover 12 which removes ion ingredients contained in the reduction treatment water treated by the reductor 10, an organic matter oxidation unit 14 which oxidizes organic matter contained in the ion ingredient removed water treated by the ion ingredient remover 12 and a hydrogen peroxide remover 16 which removes hydrogen peroxide produced in the organic matter oxidation unit 14. |
