PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake capable of suppressing the inclination with respect to a surface to be pressurized of the disc of a friction pad in a procedure in which the friction pad is separated from the disc.SOLUTION: A return spring 14 which is energized in such a return direction as to separate a friction pad 6 from a disc 1 is provided. The return spring 14 is constituted such that the base edge side is fastened to the friction pad 6 and the top end side is arranged opposite to an attachment member 2 side. In such a case, the return spring 14 is constituted so as to have a plurality of portions fastened to the friction pad 6 on the base edge sides at intervals in the disc radial direction. Concretely, when a line connecting disc radially central portions of respective ear parts 7B, 7C of the friction pad 6 is set as a center line X-X, the return spring 14 fastens a fastening leg part 14A as the base edge side onto two portion positions which stride over the center line X-X. |
