<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostimulator that is configured to improve prognosis by using the electrostimulator from an early stage and preventing a muscular force decrease, considering the case that early physical therapy intervention is required because the muscular force decrease due to a prolonged bed rest becomes a major obstacle of the QOL improvement after bed-leaving, however, the physical therapy intervention may be difficult at a situation such as an acute phase of cardiac disease.SOLUTION: A stimulation current that is hard to generate muscle fatigue is generated with the minimum intensity necessary for maintaining a muscular force, and a muscular force decrease is prevented by using the generated stimulation current for a long term. Also, stimulation intensity is controlled by using a muscle output as an index in order to accurately perform stimulation with the minimum necessary intensity.</p> |
