One example method may include identifying a modification to a user's health care record stored in a database and identifying a new term included in the modification. The method may also include parsing the new term and comparing it to a predefined list of associated terms, retrieving an advertisement associated with the predefined list of associated terms which match the new term, and generating a message in the user's health care record with access to the advertisement. |
