[Problem] To provide an adhesive skin patch containing rivastigmine, in which desired adhesion performance can be achieved satisfactorily and rivastigmine can exist highly stably for a long period without using any antioxidative agent, and which can be produced easily at reduced cost. [Solution] An adhesive skin patch for use in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, which comprises a support, a rivastigmine-containing layer, an adhesive agent layer and a release liner, wherein the rivastigmine-containing layer comprises rivastigmine and a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester resin, the adhesive agent layer comprises an acrylic adhesive agent comprising a (meth)acrylic acid ester having a hydroxy group, and each of the rivastigmine-containing layer and the adhesive agent layer does not contain any antioxidative agent. |
