PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body driving device having reduced length in the moving direction.SOLUTION: A moving body driving device 2 for driving a moving body in a linear direction by a driving source includes: a relay rotating body 12 moved in an advancing direction of the moving body by the driving source, provided rotatably in a direction orthogonal to the advancing direction, and relaying the driving to the moving body; a rotation converting body 14 provided relatively stationary to the moving body, fitted to an outer periphery of the relay rotating body, and converting movement of the relay rotating body moved in the advancing direction of the moving body to rotation; and a conveyance straight line body 15 connected to the moving body, fitted to the outer periphery of the relay rotating body, and moved in the advancing direction of the moving body by the relay rotating body rotating while being moved in the advancing direction of the moving body. |
