The present invention relates to a foldable tail blade device for a wind power generator that can reduce torque applied to a blade at high wind speed to prevent a tail blade from being broken and the generator from being excessively loaded. A foldable tail blade device (10) adjusts a rotation angle of a trail blade (12) hinged to a tail rod by a hinge unit (16) by adjusting a force applied to the hinge unit (16) with a rotation force adjusting unit (18), thereby reducing the torque applied to the blade at the high wind speed to prevent the tail blade from being broken and the generator from being excessively loaded. As compared with the prior art employing an electronic type using a sensor a driving type using a motor, it is possible to reduce a cost of a product and to expect the convenience of its maintenance. Also, as compared with a folding type using a simple hinge structure, it is possible to assure the stability of operation. |
