PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower device for improving comfort by shortening a cold water sprinkling time immediately after the start of sprinkling from a shower head with a simple method.SOLUTION: A shower device 2 includes: a first water discharge port 12; a shower head 14 arranged above; and a hot and cold water mixing faucet 8 having a temperature adjustment function 82, a flow rate adjustment function 84, and a flow passage changeover function 10. The flow passage changeover function 10 is the function of changing over at least water discharge from the first water discharge port 12 and water discharge from the shower head 14. The shower device includes: a drain channel 18 branched from piping 16 for connecting the hot and cold water mixing faucet 8 to the shower head 14; and a drain opening/closing valve 20 arranged in the drain channel 18 and draining water to the outside of the device 2 by opening the valve. The drain opening/closing valve 20 is opened/closed in accordance with the operation of the hot and cold water mixing faucet 8. |
