摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicate-based fluophor having a composition represented by the general formula (SrBaCaEu)SiOand having an emission peak wavelength of over 600 nm by excitation light with 440 to 480 nm even when the content of Sr or Ba is low or zero.SOLUTION: A chemical composition is represented by the general formula (SrBaCaEu)SiO(where 0.95<c/(a+b+c)&le;1 and d&ge;0.1), a crystal structure has a phase of a space group Pna2, a variation coefficient of occupancy of Eu at M(11) to M(13) sites of the crystal structure is 0.20 or less and/or a crystal lattice volume thereof is 1057 &angst;or more.
