PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that allows the number of part items to be reduced and productivity of assembling to be improved in a saddle-riding type vehicle having a shield wall provided near an air intake duct.SOLUTION: In a motor cycle is provided main frame side covers 63L and 63R that are attached to a main frame cover 62 covering the lateral of a main frame 21 to be superposed with the main frame cover from the outside. At front portions of the main frame side covers 63L and 63R are provided shield walls 90L and 90R that penetrate through the main frame cover 62 and extend toward an air cleaner 32 protruding inward in the width direction of the motor cycle. To the main frame cover 62 is fastened the shield walls 90L and 90R. The main frame cover 62 is fastened to the main frame side covers 63L and 63R by fastening portions 94L and 94R. |
