<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling liquid which has high heat carrying capacity and is electrically neutral at high voltages and not noxious to humans even in environments in which it is used and in general environments.SOLUTION: An antifreeze cooling liquid with high heat carrying capacity usable in environments having gold or silver comprises 40% of monopropylene glycol, 5% of a triazole, 1% or less of biocides, and water added to make 100%. The water added to make 100% is pure water with 15μS/cm or less.</p> |
