PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply power continuously even in the event of power failure of a power system.SOLUTION: In a single-phase three-wire power supply system where a power conditioner performing linkage operation with a single-phase three-wire power system is connected with a distribution board, a change-over switch for switching the output from the power conditioner to any one of the output to a first pair wires out of the single-phase three-wires being supplied with a commercial power supply voltage 200 V, or the output of any one of second pair wires being supplied with a commercial power supply voltage 100 V, is inserted between the power conditioner and distribution board. When power failure of a power system is detected, the power conditioner controls the switch to change over from the first pair wires to second pair wires, and switches the output of commercial power supply voltage 200 V to output of 100 V.
