<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency amplifier that dispenses with a DC/DC converter or negative power supply circuit for supplying a negative bias voltage to a high frequency amplification circuit section, and implements high efficiency and electrical breakdown suppression of the high frequency amplification circuit section.SOLUTION: Since a high frequency signal output from a high frequency oscillation circuit section 2 is detected by a detection circuit 4 and a bias of negative voltage is supplied from a bias circuit section 5 to a high frequency amplification circuit section 3 according to a detection voltage detected, the negative bias voltage can be supplied to the high frequency amplification circuit without the need of a negative power supply circuit, such as a DC/DC converter and a peripheral circuit thereof, for supplying an external bias.</p> |
