PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce installation equipment in a waste treatment facility and to reduce power consumption by effectively utilizing discharged waste heat.SOLUTION: A waste treatment facility 1 includes an incinerator 11, a gas turbine 12, a superheater 13, a heat exchanger 14, a dust collector 15, a scrubber 16 provided with a chimney 16a, and an induction fan 17. The gas turbine 12 supplies, by energy of an air heated by the heat exchanger 14, the air to the heat exchanger 14 to heat the same. The gas turbine 12 supplies a part of the air returned from the heat exchanger 14 to the incinerator 11 as combustion air, and further supplies the remaining air excluding the combustion air to the chimney 16a as white smoke prevention air. |
