1. A laminate comprising:
a foundation layer that is a crystal having a wurtzite structure; and a MgXM1-XO film having a hexagonal structure formed on the foundation layer, where M is Mn, Ni, Co, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, or Cu, or a mixture thereof, or a mixture of Mn, Ni, Co, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, or Cu, or the mixture thereof and Zn, and 0<X<1, the hexagonal structure being the crystal structure shown below, where Mg or M is denoted by 20, and O is denoted by 22. |
