Disclosed are a content distributing method and a content distributing system which combine content on respective applications on a user terminal such as a smartphone and a tablet PC with various application installed thereon, distribute the combined content, and enable users to utilize charged content at low costs. The content distributing method according to the present invention is as follows: a first user terminal generates a page including content; the first user terminal performs payment on purchase of the content with a content server and receives a purchase count from the content server; the first user terminal sends the page including the content and the purchase count to a second user terminal; the second user terminal sends the purchase count to the content server to request the purchase on the content; and the second user terminal performs the purchase payment with the content server on an amount determined based on the purchase count.
