PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an effective band assignment.SOLUTION: In a base station 200 capable of assigning plural unit bands to a single communication, a data reception section 260 acquires a piece of terminal capability information which is transmitted by a terminal 100 using an initial access unit band, when the terminal capability information represents that the communication possible band width is possible to store plural unit bands, assigns plural unit band groups including unit bands neighboring the initial access unit band to the terminal 100 in addition to the initial access unit band, and transmits a communication band shift instruction which instructs to shift the central frequency in the communication band of the terminal 100 to the central frequency in the unit band groups to the terminal 100 using the initial access unit band. |
