PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appearance inspection device capable of suppressing the erroneous detection in appearance inspection.SOLUTION: In an appearance inspection device 1, electronic components are accommodated in recesses arranged in the longitudinal direction, respectively. The appearance inspection device 1 inspects the appearance of the electronic components accommodated in recesses CP between a delivery reel 2 and a take-up reel 3 while taking up a carrier tape CT with the recesses covered by a cover tape from the delivery reel 2 to the take-up reel 3. The appearance inspection device 1 is equipped with a take-up motor 4 for continuously rotating the take-up reel 3, a control camera 6 for imaging the carrier tape CT continuously moving between the delivery reel 2 and the take-up reel 3 and producing moving image data, and a controller 10 for controlling the take-up motor 4. |
