<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular pharmaceutical composition that sufficiently suppresses releasing of a drug in oral cavity and enables fast elution of the drug after transported into a stomach.SOLUTION: The granular pharmaceutical composition comprises a core particle containing a water-swellable substance at the center of the granular pharmaceutical composition, a drug layer containing a drug formed around the core particle, and a layer containing a stomach soluble polymer, around the drug layer.</p> |
