PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently settle small pieces of deep-fried dough retained in an intermediate layer.SOLUTION: A water supply part 20 makes a jet of water almost horizontally issue to an intermediate layer 12 naturally formed between an oil layer 10 and a water layer 11, and periodically changes a water jet direction, in the water layer 11 below the intermediate layer. Thus, the water supply part 20 oscillates the intermediate layer 12 upward and downward by applying a downward force to the intermediate layer 12 and changing the distribution of the magnitude of the force with time, and settles small pieces of deep-fried dough from the intermediate layer. |
