The present invention relates to an anode for a lithium ion secondary battery and the lithium ion secondary battery containing the same. The lithium ion secondary battery of the present invention comprises: an anode collector; an anode active material layer laminated on the anode collector; and a lithium ion conducting layer laminated on the anode active material layer.
