PURPOSE: An expression vector for human CD 73, a cell line and a transgenic-cloned animal including the same are provided to be able to produce mini pigs for organ transplantation with a high value added by developing a novel immune rejection response adjusting technology, and to be able to accelerate practical use of xenotransplantation by reproducing transgenic-cloned pigs for organ transplantation. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector includes polynucleotide coding the CD73 gene, a mini pig endothelial cell specific promoter. A manufacturing method of a transgenic pig comprises 1) a step of isolating a somatic cell from a pig; 2) a step of manufacturing an expression vector and introducing the expression vector to the somatic cell; 3) a step of selecting and cultivating the clone somatic cell with the expression vector introduced in step 2); 4) a step removing the nucleus of the ovum collected from sow, and fusing with the clone somatic cell of step 3); and 5) a step of transplanting the fused cloned egg to surrogate sow and reproducing weaners.
