PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods which are useful for treatment and prevention of proliferative disorders.SOLUTION: The present invention provides compounds which contain an anti-CTLA-4 agent, such as ipilimumab or tremelimumab, in combination with another chemotherapeutic agent, such as dasatinib, paclitaxel, gemcitabine, cisplatin or etoposide.
