<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a solar cell sealing material excellent in productivity for a solar cell sealing material and excellent in heat resistance, transparency and flexibility.SOLUTION: An extrusion molding resin composition comprising the following component (A) and component (B) is preliminarily blended in a dry state, supplied to an extruder, and extrusion-molded into a sheet. The components are: (A) an ethyleneα-olefin copolymer having the following characteristics (a1) to (a5): and (B) an organic peroxide. (a1) The density of the copolymer is 0.860 to 0.920 g/cm; (a2) the ratio (Mz/Mn) of a Z-average molecular weight (Mz) to a number average molecular weight (Mn) obtained by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is 8.0 or less; (a3) the melt viscosity (η) measured at 100°C and at a shear rate of 2.43×10 sis 9.0×10poise or less; (a4) the melt viscosity (η) measured at 100°C and at a shear rate of 2.43×10sis 1.8×10poise or less; and (a5) the number (N) of branches produced by comonomers is equal to or larger than -0.67×E+53, where E is a tensile elastic modulus of the sheet according to ISO 1184:1983.</p> |
