<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal olefin sulfonate composition which is capable of sufficiently increasing foamability, foam disappearance without a slimy feeling when rinsing, and the feeling when dried after washing, and a detergent composition containing the same.SOLUTION: The internal olefin sulfonate composition contains (A) an internal olefin sulfonate having 16 carbon atoms, and (B) an internal olefin sulfonate having 12 carbon atoms.
