PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component in which an electronic component element and a connection part between the electronic component element and a lead wire are not easily damaged.SOLUTION: A thermistor sensor 10 serving as an electronic component includes a thermistor chip 20 serving as an electronic component element. An external electrode 22 of the thermistor chip 20 is electrically connected with a lead wire 32 on a flexible insulation resin sheet 30 through a conductive connection material 40. The thermistor chip 20 and a connection part of the thermistor chip 20 are covered by insulation resin materials 28 and 42 that are not flexible. An intermediate part of the lead wire 32 is covered by a flexible insulation resin material 34. |
