Disclosed is an audio signal transmitting method of a display apparatus. The audio signal transmitting method of the display apparatus includes the steps of: checking a glasses apparatus based on a message received from the glasses apparatus; transmitting the transmission time information of an audio signal packet about at least one content outputted from the display apparatus to the glasses apparatus; and transmitting the audio signal packet to the glasses apparatus according to the transmission time information.
