The present invention provides a food composition for improving liver functions and healing a hangover, and to a method for producing the same, wherein the food composition comprises: a fucoxanthin separated and refined from Phaeodactylum tricornutum or Isochrysis aff. galbana which is microalgae; and at least one extract of a wild flower selected from Justicia brandegeeana flowers, Cymbidium goeringii, Potentilla discolor Bunge, or Lychnis cognata Maxim. |
