摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus or a method for forming a three dimensional nano pattern by spinning polymer nano jet from one side of a syringe tip. According to the present invention, an apparatus for forming a three dimensional nano pattern includes: a syringe tip having one end from which polymer nano jet is spinned; an electrode plate disposed in a spinning direction of the polymer nano jet and forming an electric field between the syringe tip and the electrode plate, in which the electrode plate a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a third electrode plate connected to the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate and having a pattern formation section on which the polymer nano jet adheres to form a three dimensional nano pattern ; and a mobile unit capable of moving the syringe tip or the electrode plate to allow relative movement of the syringe tip among the first, second and third electrode plate and relative reciprocating movement of the syringe tip on the pattern formation section. Thus, the present invention has effects of overcoming inherent instability in an electrospinning process of a nano-jet and suppressing wiping instability of the nano-jet to stably form a three dimensional nano-pattern.
