PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument device for a vehicle capable of properly preventing flicker of an illumination from being generated by the actuation of an engine starter in opening performance in a case of turning an ignition switch on.SOLUTION: An instrument device A for a vehicle is configured so that predetermined illuminations 6, 7 are lighted while a pointer 30 sweeps, in a case of turning an ignition switch on. When the ignition switch is turned on, the sweep outgoing operation of the pointer 30 is executed, and until the actuation of an engine starter is completed, the pointer 30 is in a stand-by state at a maximum swing position. When the actuation of the engine starter is completed, the sweep return operation of the pointer 30 is started, and the lighting of the illuminations 6, 7 is also started. |
