PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body having a function that removes environmental contamination material from contaminated water and capable of preventing soil contamination caused by contaminated water effectively.SOLUTION: The bag body has means for sealing on one opening and a wall face and a bottom face formed of at least double sheets having an outside sheet and a permeability inside sheet. At least one face of the wall face and the bottom face has an absorption layer including a heat fusible fiber and an adsorptive grain between the outside sheet and the permeability inside sheet.
