PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire fighting shape-retaining hose in which a sectional shape can always be kept at a circular shape, a large amount of discharged water can be assured, a high fire fighting capability can be realized, it has superior flexibility and is light weight, its one-man handling can be performed quite well and it realizes a superior fire fighting effect.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fire fighting shape retaining hose in which an inner side surface of a jacket 2 having warp and weft of synthetic fibers woven into a cylindrical shape is provided with a lining layer 5 composed of synthetic resin and its inner diameter is 26 to 28 mm. The jacket 2 is formed as a twill weave item woven such that as warp 3, two polyester threads are arranged in parallel and as weft 4, one polyester mono-filament thread with a diameter of 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm is used, a weft knitting density is 40 to 65 threads/10 cm and a warp knitting density is 44 to 65 threads/inch and twill line is placed at the inner side surface of the jacket. |
