PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical element having high light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: In the optical element containing transparent electrodes, an uneven shape is formed on a surface of a transparent electrode at least on a side from which light is extracted, salients of the uneven shape are protruded toward a light emitting direction, and the salients projected onto a plane, perpendicularly crossing the light emitting direction and passing a lowermost part of recesses account for 50% or more and 100% or less of a whole of the plane. |
