PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye injector that can insert a graft from a small incision into an eyeball while protecting not to give injury or damage to the graft comprising endothelial cells, etc., and can easily guide the graft to an implantation site, and to provide its system.SOLUTION: An eye injector is provided for inserting a graft into an eyeball. The eye injector comprises an outer cylinder and a graft holding structure. The eye injector is characterized in that the graft holding structure has a proximal end and a distal end, and also has: an opening part opened at the proximal end, and connectable with a bottle containing an intraocular perfusion fluid for maintaining an ophthalmic pressure or forming an anterior chamber; an outlet opened at the distal end, and for releasing the intraocular perfusion fluid; and a perfusion lumen formed from the opening part to the outlet, and releasing the intraocular perfusion fluid from the outlet and perfusing the fluid into an eye when the bottle is connected to the opening part during operation. |
