Techniques delivering hotel-based services are provided. Hotel and services providers use portal interfaces to register and define content and services to consumers. Instances of apps are dynamically made available to consumers; the apps provide on demand automated and controlled access to the content and services from mobile devices of the consumers.

1. A processor-implemented method programmed in memory or a non-transitory processor-readable medium and to execute on one or more processors of a device configured to execute the method, comprising:
determining a current location for a mobile device; proposing a hotel to a user; receiving confirmation from the user for the hotel; and configuring the method as an app to deliver on demand information and services relevant to the hotel and a surrounding area of the hotel from the mobile device.
