Each of the pixels includes a main pixel and a sub-pixel. The main pixel includes a main thin film transistor. The sub-pixel includes a sub-thin film transistor. A channel width-to-length ratio of the main thin film transistor is different from a channel width-to-length ratio of the sub-thin film transistor. The liquid crystal display of the present invention implements the eight-domain division by adopting difference channel width-to-length ratios of the main pixel and the sub-pixel.
