1. An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising:
an electroconductive substrate; a photosensitive layer that is provided on the electroconductive substrate; and an outermost surface layer, wherein the outermost surface layer is a layer made of a cured product of a composition that contains position isomer mixture of at least one kind among non-charge transporting compounds represented by Formulae (I) and (II) and at least one kind among non-reactive charge transporting materials: wherein in Formula (I), F1 represents an m1-valent organic group that does not have a charge transporting property and contains an aromatic ring; L1 represents a divalent linking group that contains at least one kind selected from —C(═O)—O— and —O—; and m1 represents an integer of 3 or more, wherein in Formula (II), F2 represents an m2-valent organic group that does hot have a charge transporting property and contains an aromatic ring; L2 represents a (n2+1)-valent linking group that contains at least one kind selected from —C(═O)—O— and —O—; m2 represents an integer of 2 or more; and n2 represents an integer of from 2 to 3.
