PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sales data processor which allows a portable terminal to display settlement information in response to user request, a portable terminal and a program.SOLUTION: The commodity sales data processor includes a radio communication part; an input part for inputting commodity identification information identifying a commodity; determination means for determining whether a radio communication with a portable terminal of a customer is established; and communication means for transmitting from the radio communication part to the portable terminal by radio information for displaying settlement information based on the commodity identification information input from the input part under a condition that the determination means determines that the radio communication with the portable terminal is established.
